FREE SOFTWARE SATURDAY: Microsoft Security Essentials

So let's start 'Free Software Saturday' by protecting your computer from unwanted Trojans, malware and viruses.  We all want a fast/clean working PC, don't we?  I figured!

Let's face it; we don't want to pay about $40 - $50/year on average for virus removal software. Sure their virus databases are up to date and they have beautiful interfaces...but so is Microsoft Security Essentials, which is FREE.

Microsoft Security Essentials provides real-time protection for your home PC that guards against viruses, spyware, and other malicious software.

Microsoft Security Essentials is a free download from Microsoft that is simple to install, easy to use, and always kept up to date so you can be assured your PC is protected by the latest technology. It’s easy to tell if your PC is secure — when you’re green, you’re good. It’s that simple.

Microsoft Security Essentials runs quietly and efficiently in the background so that you are free to use your Windows-based PC the way you want—without interruptions or long computer wait times.

This software is easy to install and has a wonderful, user friendly interface.  It can’t get any better than that…can it?  It can be install in Windows XP, Vista and 7.  The good thing about this program is that once you download it and do your first scan, you’ll forget about it.  But it doesn’t forget you and will always protect you when you least expect it! A true friend indeed.

I’ve downloaded this software and used it on both my PCs, in which I replaced it with my pervious virus software I had, ‘AVAST Home Edition.’

So stop paying $40-50 a year on something you can have for Free. Use that money for something useful, like going to the movies!

Try it today: Download Now.
