Galaxy S4 To Be Revealed @ CES 2013?

CES 2013 is just around the corner, and tech news outlets are preparing for the bomb shell of newly announced tech toys and gadgets.  But, what is this about the Galaxy S4 being reveled at CES?  I mean, wasn't the Galaxy S3 just released 7 months ago? (I know, sounds long, but really hasn't been!)

Anyways, Samsung will NOT be announcing the new Galaxy S4 at CES.  INSTEAD, it has been reported that Jay Lee of Samsung will be at CES  showing the progress that has been made on the S4 to several of his partners behind closed doors.

Samsung doesn't typically announced a new flagship at CES, it usually waits until Mobile World Congress in February or they may do a press conference like they did back in May 2012 when they officially announced the S3, so they can get all the media attention.

What do we know so far about Samsung's upcoming Galaxy flagship phone.  Well, reports have it that it will have a 5-inch screen, 1080p AMOLED display and powered by the ARM Cortex A15 w/ Enynos 5440.  Anyways, if we do hear anything about the S4, details of it may be leaked out next week, or possibly February,  but more likely in April.

Ubuntu Mystery Count Down

For you Linux and Ubuntu fans, Ubuntu's home page teases us with a banner that reads "So close, you can almost touch it." It also has a clock counting down to the Jan. 2nd launch of what could be possibly a touch based OS. Engadget guesses "that the pre-CES announcement may focus on mobile, with a touch-friendly interface possibly on the horizon." We'll have to wait and find out what Ubuntu has in store for us.  Less than 20hrs remain! Count down with us!

First RTS Blog article of the New Year!  As you all already know, the folks over at Blackberry have been busy with their new flagship dubbed the Blackberry 10.  Earlier in December, invitation from BB were sent out to media outlets announcing their Launch Even in New York City on Jan. 30th.

Well since the released of the invite, their have a few blurry cam shots of the new Blackberry device.  Below you'll see the most recent photo of the new BB qwerty handset.  The website where the photo originated from states although this phone may be from the N-Series, its actual model number is X10.

Things are getting more official as we reach the Jan. 30th launch day. The FCC has been busy.  They have put an unnamed BB device with a RFF91LW model number through standard test, giving the go for AT&T's LTE and GSM bands. The photo shown below looks of the L-Series model, or could possibly be a Developers model.

But wait, there's more! Another model, RFH121LW's arrived at the FCC as well.
The puzzle pieces are finally being put together as we reach closer to BB's 10 Launch day.  Are you excited?
